"A Drink For Better Health"

Here is a drink me and my family have every morning that has kept the cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood sugar in check as we get older each year. (Please note that all nuts and seeds in drink mix you can get in most health food stores.) Start with a blender and water put about 8 ounces of water in blender.  Add a tablespoon of chia seeds in blender. (Benefit of chia seeds--helps body stabilize blood sugar.) Add a tablespoon of flax seeds in blender. (Benefit of flax seeds--helps lower cholesterol & strengthen bones.) Add a tablespoon of sunflower seeds in blender. (Benefit of sunflower seeds--lower LDL cholesterol and can also help pervent heart disease.) Add a tablespoon of pumpkin seeds in blender. (Benefit of pumkin seeds--lowers cholesterol, strenghthen bones and immune systems. helps pervent prostate cancer.) Add a tablespoon of sesame seeds in blender. (Benefit of sesame seeds--lower cholesterol, prevent high blood pressure.) Add 3 parts of apple in blender. (Benefit of apples--fight heart disease, may help with weight gain, and high cholesterol.) Add 3 strawberries in blender. (Benefit of strawberries--loaded with heart protecting, anti-cancer, and anti-inflammatory phenois.) Add 6 grapes in blender. (Benefit of grapes--does wonders for the heart and protects good cholesterol within your body.) Now mix all in blender for about 15 seconds you can drink as little as 6 sips or a cup full per day. You can also add drink flavor for better taste if you wish. Enjoy and good health to you!
