Here a a few ways to stay a little more healthy by doing theses every chance you get can help improve your health even by a little bit. First take the stairs when every you can where ever you go instead of riding the escalator or elevator as this will give your leg muscles, your heart, and lungs a nice little workout. Second don't park close to store or work entrance park further away so you have to walk more as walking is one of the best exercise you can do everyday and it's not hard on the body's joints and works every muscle in the body. Me and my wife always takes the stairs when we can when we are out some where and always park far away from places we have to go to enter to get are walking in (unless late at night of course for safe smart street thinking) to stay a little more healthy in are life.
