So is there a real true way to loose weight and not just take your money only and does not work?. Some very good news here yes. There is a true healthy way to loose weight that all doctors back and will not cost you arm and leg and it really works. And here it is you can have small portions of everything in a day even over the holidays. (Not 2 or 3 plates of over flowing food like you are at an all you can eat place.) Then after you eat your small portions of food stay active go for 10 minutes of walking or ride station bike for 5 minutes. Eating small portions of food and staying active is the key to real true way to loose healthy weight as it worked for me as I lost 7 pounds in 3 months doing this so it does really work as my doctor was really happy with me.
