"Free Pizza Or Your Pay Check"

So the TSA got free pizza instead of there pay check in the government shutdown. What are they suppose to do give a piece of pizza to who ever they owe money to. Stop the government pay checks in the shutdown and let there families struggle and worry everyday what to do and the shutdown would end in a heart beat.
