Well one of the best chap stick brands that only seems to work for me and my wife on very dry lips (as we tried many brands) is the "Chap Stick Original Brand." It seems to really keep chap lips of a very cold winter away a long with hot dry summer lips away to as we use it 365 days a year to keep the lips in nice kissing shape.
